We’re seeking a Tech Operations Lead to guide the evolution of our tech infrastructure as we transition from Go High Level to Close and Salesforce. You will be responsible for building, managing, and optimizing LuxNomads’ CRM, automation, and workflow systems that support our sales, operations, and client success teams end-to-end.
This is a high-impact, cross-functional role that collaborates with multiple departments to ensure all systems enhance team performance, client experience, and operational efficiency.
Lead the migration from Go High Level to Close, ensuring all workflows, automations, and data are transferred seamlessly.
Build and optimize sales pipelines, automations, and integrations between tools such as Close, Salesforce, Slack, Notion, Typeform, Zapier, and Google Workspace.
Design and maintain automated workflows for lead nurturing, call tracking, reporting dashboards, and data synchronization.
Implement intelligent lead routing and round-robin systems to assign inbound leads automatically.
Collaborate with Operations to improve data accuracy, streamline internal systems, and standardize CRM usage and reporting SOPs.
Ensure compliance with A2P 10DLC, GDPR, Twilio, and CAN-SPAM regulations for all SMS and email automations.
Support CRM-based marketing initiatives, including email and SMS campaign delivery.Maintain data hygiene and troubleshoot automation issues across systems.
Document all workflows in Loom and Notion to create a clear Sales & Operations SOP library.
Train team members on automation best practices and scalable workflow management.
• 3+ years of proven experience managing CRM systems (Close, Salesforce, or Go High Level preferred).
• Advanced knowledge of automation tools (Zapier, Make/Integromat, etc.).
• Experience with CRM integrations and data migrations between multiple platforms.
• Deep understanding of sales funnels, lead routing, and pipeline reporting.
• Proficiency with Typeform, Notion, Slack, and Google Workspace integrations.
• Knowledge of A2P 10DLC, Twilio, SMS compliance, and email marketing standards.
• Strong documentation and communication skills, with the ability to explain complex systems clearly.
• Preferred: experience migrating Go High Level → Close → Salesforce; background in SaaS or tech-enabled services; interest in travel or global mobility.
• Willingness to travel for team events or retreats as needed.
