Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Operations Analyst to join Property Leads, a fast-growing start-up specializing in lead generation for real estate investors.  In this critical role, you will take the lead on all technical initiatives primarily supporting our sales team, while also contributing to broader organizational efforts.

The ideal candidate will take full ownership of operational processes, driving seamless integration and optimizing performance to empower our sales team’s success. Your expertise will be vital in ensuring efficiency and consistency across our tech-driven operations.

Required Qualifications:

• Fluent English communication skills, both written and verbal
• Exceptional attention to detail 
• Proven track record of owning and driving complex projects to completion
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data validation and quality control
• Experience with vendor management or partner operations
• Ability to work independently and take initiative in identifying and solving problems

Preferred Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, or related technical field
• Experience with sales technology platforms and integrations
• Background in technical operations or engineering
• Knowledge of sales analytics and attribution
• Experience with process automation and optimization
• Familiarity with API integrations and technical documentation
• Familiarity with AI/LLM platforms such as ChatGPT/Claude/Gemini or similar
