Role Overview: We are seeking a motivated and experienced Telemarketing Sales Rep to join our remote team. As a key player in our sales division, you will be responsible for generating new business opportunities through cold calling and engaging with potential customers. There will be a potential customers list in our CRM, we will call them and present our services via phone and email.

Compensation: $840.00 USD monthly salary and $500.00 USD per lead that turns into a deal.

Job Responsibilities

• Make outbound cold calls to prospective clients and introduce them to our freight brokerage services.
• Understand customer needs and effectively communicate how our solutions can meet those needs.
• Build relationships with new clients.
• Assign interested leads to our closing team.
• Provide exceptional customer service and follow up on inquiries promptly.
• Maintain accurate records of all sales activities and customer interactions in our PipeDrive CRM

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, particularly in a telemarketing or remote environment.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong English, C1 and above
• Self-motivated with a results-driven approach.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
• Familiarity with the freight or logistics industry is a plus.
