Position Opening: Media Buyer
This is a remote position, allowing you to work from anywhere.
Role Overview
This position requires managing Google and/or Facebook Ads campaigns directly and acting as a vital link between our clients and account managers. You will translate ad performances to account managers and clients and their goals. The ideal candidate will balance excellent client relationship skills with strategic acumen in campaign oversight.
Compensation and Growth
- Starting salary: $1,400 monthly
- Initial role under a full client manager to learn intricacies of the job
- Gradual client assignment to build confidence and capability
- Performance evaluations based on client retention and campaign success
- Promotion to full Client Manager upon meeting specific performance criteria
- Significant growth opportunities within the company for high performers
Candidate Requirements
- Google Ads Knowledge: Must understand Google Ads to contribute to strategy discussions.
- Client Management: Must excel in building relationships and guiding clients towards successful strategies.
- Marketing Strategy: Should be capable of grasping the client's business model to enhance ad campaign profitability.
- Problem Solving: Should be self-reliant with a proactive approach to challenges.

Working Conditions:
- Fully remote with a 60-day introductory period to ensure mutual compatibility.
