US Real Estate Dispositions Specialist [Base + Commission]

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a sharp, results-driven Dispositions Specialist to manage and close deals from our property inventory. Your job is to build a strong buyers list, market our properties, negotiate with investors, and move deals fast. If you can close, you’ll do well here.

Job Responsibilities

• Market and sell investment properties from our inventory
• Build and maintain relationships with cash buyers and investors
• Run comps, evaluate exit strategies, and price properties accordingly
• Coordinate property showings, inspections, and transactions
• Maintain accurate records in our CRM and follow up consistently

Job Requirements

• Proven experience in sales, real estate, or investor relations
• Strong negotiation and communication skills
• Strong English communication skills
• Self-motivated, organized, and accountable
• Familiarity with real estate investment (wholesaling/flipping is a plus)
• Tech-savvy and comfortable with CRMs, spreadsheets, and marketing tools
