Full Job Description

All-Star Auto Body is seeking a motivated and experienced Used Auto Parts Sales & Online Listings Coordinator to manage our online part listings and sales across platforms such as Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, eBay, and more. The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in listing and selling automotive parts online, negotiating prices with customers, and coordinating appointment-based pickups or deliveries. Your role is key in helping us move quality parts efficiently and professionally.

Job Responsibilities

• Create compelling and accurate listings for used auto parts on platforms like Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, eBay, Craigslist, etc.
• Take clear, high-quality photos and write detailed product descriptions with part numbers and fitment notes.
• Monitor messages and respond promptly to inquiries with excellent customer service.
• Negotiate pricing with buyers while maintaining profitability targets.
• Coordinate pickup appointments or arrange delivery schedules, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
• Maintain a log of parts sold, pricing, customer info, and scheduled pickups.
• Work closely with the inventory team to confirm availability and condition of parts.
• Update and manage sold vs. available listings to avoid duplicate inquiries.

Job Requirements

Proven experience selling used auto parts online (at least 1 year preferred).

Familiarity with online sales platforms: Facebook Marketplace, OfferUp, eBay, and others.

Knowledge of auto parts, vehicle fitment, and how to identify parts by visual or part number.

Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

Strong negotiation skills and ability to close deals while keeping clients satisfied.

Highly organized and dependable, with strong follow-up and appointment-setting ability.

Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus.
