• Design visually appealing and user-friendly landing pages that align with our brand identity and business goals.
• Collaborate with marketing and product teams to understand project requirements and user needs.
• Create wireframes, mockups, and prototypes to effectively communicate design ideas.
• Implement landing page designs using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and other relevant technologies OR
• Design landing pages in landing page tools (framer, webflow, unbounce etc.)
• Optimize landing pages for speed, performance, and responsiveness across various devices and browsers.
• Integrate automation tools and technologies to enhance user experience and streamline processes.
• Help conduct A/B testing and user testing to gather feedback and make data-driven design decisions.
• Analyze user behavior and feedback to continuously improve landing page designs and performance.
• Monitor and report on the performance of landing pages, providing insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Stay updated on industry trends, best practices, and emerging technologies in UX/UI design and automation.

• Proven experience in UX/UI design with a strong portfolio showcasing landing page designs.
• Proficiency in design tools such as Adobe XD, Sketch, Figma, or similar.
• Strong understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles.
• Experience with landing page builders and automation tools (e.g., Unbounce, Leadpages, Zapier).
• Excellent visual design skills with a keen eye for detail and aesthetics.
• Strong understanding of user-centered design principles and usability best practices.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously and work independently.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of discretion and confidentiality.
• Ability to gather and relay information effectively to the team.
• Experience in conducting A/B testing and user testing.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and techniques.
• Ability to adapt and solve problems in a dynamic and changing environment.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills.
