We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Vacancy Coordinator to join our team. The Vacancy Coordinator will be responsible for managing all aspects of the rental process, including getting properties rented, processing lease extensions, overseeing rental leads, and following up on them, as well as processing rental applications.
Responsibilities:
- Work closely with property owners to ensure properties are rented in a timely manner.
- Process lease extensions and ensure all necessary documentation is completed accurately.
- Manage rental leads, follow up on inquiries, and schedule property viewings.
- Process rental applications, conduct background and credit checks, and verify references.
- Coordinate move-in and move-out inspections with tenants and property owners.
- Maintain accurate records of rental agreements, lease extensions, and rental applications.
- Provide excellent customer service to tenants, property owners, and rental leads.
Requirements:
- Previous experience in property management or real estate is preferred.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Proficiency in MS Office and property management software.
- Knowledge of fair housing laws and regulations.
