Manage sales and customer support conversations via WhatsApp Business and Facebook Messenger.
Convert leads into clients through effective, personalized communication.
Launch, manage, and optimize campaigns on Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Engage in Facebook groups and digital communities to generate leads.
Negotiate with clients and partners as needed.
Bring ideas and suggestions to improve processes and workflows.
Collaborate with the team to achieve sales and service goals.
Advanced English (spoken and written) — mandatory.
Proven experience in digital sales and customer service.
Strong knowledge of Facebook Ads and Google Ads.
Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Marketing knowledge and a desire to improve and innovate.
