Full Job Description

We are looking for a creative and detail-oriented Video Editor to join our marketing team and help produce high-quality video content for our real estate brand. The ideal candidate will have experience in editing engaging short-form and long-form videos for social media, property tours, agent spotlights, client testimonials, and promotional campaigns.Key Responsibilities:

Edit videos for platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, TikTok, and YouTube.

Create property walkthroughs, highlight reels, and branded content.

Add music, graphics, text overlays, and effects to enhance storytelling.

Maintain consistency with brand guidelines and visual style.

Collaborate with the social media and marketing teams to meet content goals.

Work with tight deadlines and deliver revisions quickly.

Requirements:

Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).

Proficiency in Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing.

Strong sense of visual storytelling and pacing.

Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects at once.

Experience with real estate or marketing content is a plus.

Bilingual (English/Spanish)


Job Responsibilities

Create short-form and long-form content for social media and websites.

Produce property tour videos, agent promos, and client testimonials.

Add music, subtitles, graphics, and transitions to enhance quality.

Ensure videos align with the brand’s tone and visual identity.

Collaborate with videographers, marketing, and social media teams.

Deliver edits quickly and handle feedback professionally.

Stay updated with video trends and platform-specific formats.

Organize and manage video files and project folders.

Assist in creating reels, ads, and highlight clips.


Job Requirements

Proven experience as a video editor (portfolio required).

Proficiency in editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, or similar tools.

Basic knowledge of motion graphics and sound editing.

Strong visual storytelling skills and good sense of rhythm and pacing.

Ability to work independently and meet deadlines.

Intermediate English (understanding instructions and editing content in English).

Good judgment and creative criteria to make editing decisions aligned with the brand.

Must stay updated with trends on platforms like Instagram, TikTok, and YouTube.

Ability to adapt content based on what’s trending and what performs well.
