I am Nicole Glass, the influencer behind the viral page @AffirmationsForBlackMen on Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, and I’m seeking a passionate Social Media Assistant to help manage and expand my online presence. The role involves posting content across all three platforms using Metricool, responding to community comments, generating leads for my email list, and reaching out to brands for collaborations. Additionally, the assistant will connect with like-minded creators for live events, contribute creative ideas, and provide administrative support, including managing emails and scheduling. This is a salary-based position with the potential for commission based on successfully securing brand deals. I’m looking for someone who is enthusiastic, organized, and eager to grow in the digital content space.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Content Management: Assist in posting content across Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok using Metricool, ensuring consistent and timely updates.
• Community Engagement: Respond to comments and messages, fostering a positive and engaging community.
• Lead Generation: Develop strategies to increase subscribers to my email list.
• Brand Collaboration: Reach out to potential brands for partnerships and manage ongoing collaborations.
• Creator Outreach: Connect with like-minded content creators for potential live events and collaborations.
• Creative Development: Contribute creative ideas to enhance content and audience engagement.
• Administrative Support: Manage emails, schedule meetings, and organize calendar events.

Compensation:

• Salary: Competitive base salary
• Commission: Earn commission based on the successful closing of brand deals.

• Passionate about social media and digital content creation
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, and able to show up every day with a positive attitude
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Experience with social media management tools like Metricool is a plus
• Interest in the mental health and wellness space is a bonus

Job Requirements

• Experience in social media management
• Expert-level proficiency in English
• Prior experience working with at least three brands
• Willingness to work from 9 AM to 5 PM (New York Time)
• Must be friendly, hardworking, and highly motivated
