🚀 Social Media + AI Video Assistant (Remote)

We're a fast-growing digital brand seeking a driven, creative, and detail-oriented assistant to help manage and grow our social media presence. This is a remote position with daily tasks focused on content creation, outreach, and AI-powered video production.

💼 About the Role

As our Social Media + AI Video Assistant, you'll play a key role in growing our online brand. You'll manage content posting, communicate with potential clients via Instagram, and create engaging AI-generated video content using tools and scripts we provide.

✅: Key Responsibilities

• Post 3 times per day across all major social media platforms
• (All platforms are already connected for streamlined posting)
• Send 100–150 direct messages per day to targeted brands on Instagram
• (You’ll use our pre-written outreach scripts — just copy and paste)
• Create AI-generated videos using provided prompts and guidance
• Organize and manage tasks using Google Sheets
• Upload content using GoHighLevel
• Edit AI videos and add sound to make content feel polished and engaging
• (CapCut/InShot preferred — training provided if needed)
• When a brand shows interest, create a sample video tailored to their niche

• Strong communication skills and attention to detail
• Experience with CapCut, InShot, or similar mobile video editing apps
• Comfortable working with AI tools or eager to learn
• Familiarity with Instagram, TikTok, or YouTube
• Organized and efficient with time management
• Bonus: Experience using GoHighLevel or similar CRM/marketing tools

• Strong attention to detail and consistency in daily tasks
• Reliable communication and ability to follow instructions
• Self-motivated with a positive, team-oriented attitude
• Basic understanding of English (for scripts and communication)
