What we’re looking for:

We are looking to hire a remote Virtual Marketing Assistant to join our small team of passionate, talented marketers.

We’re looking for someone with experience supporting marketing staff for an e-commerce brand or marketing agency.

An ideal fit is someone who is organized, a strong communicator, and is excellent at working through problems.

The role is remote. We’re LA-Based, but you don’t need to be.

We are a close-knit team providing services to a diverse clientele including eCommerce, pet, real estate, apparel, beauty, fitness, CPG, and SAAS businesses.

We’re on a mission to drive the best results for our agency and clients.

Job Responsibilities

• Manage customer service messages through Gorgias app
• Create and edit orders in Shopify
• Manage returns and refunds in Shopify
• Fight chargebacks in Shopify
• Communicate issues with warehouse staff
• Researching new software for clients/Shopify apps

We’re asking all applicants to do a small task to get an understanding of your research, writing, and comprehension skills. Let’s say we have a clients who wants a Shopify app from the Shopify App Store that will enable them to add a loyalty program to their site. Which would you recommend and why in 2 sentences. Candidates who don’t include this won’t be considered.
