Full Job Description

Position Overview: This is a remote role for a highly organized, proactive and detail oriented Virtual Assistant who can support our hiring efforts and administrative operations. If you enjoy managing systems, communicating clearly and creating order behind the scenes, we’d love to hear from you. You’ll support our efforts to find, hire and onboard top talent (physical therapists, front desk staff, massage therapists, etc.) and help us stay organized  with day - to - day clinic operations, scheduling and documentation. Work Hours & Compensation Part time: ~ 16 hours a week to start (flexible schedule) Pay: $4.hour depending on experience 

Job Responsibilities

 Key Responsibilities Recruiting support Assist in writing and posting job listings on job boards Review applications and pre-screen candidates based on clinic criteria Schedule interview and manage candidate communication Maintain a simple applicant tracking spreadsheet Help with new hire onboarding task sOperations Support Manage calendars for team meetings, interviews and onboarding Assist with recruiting, onboarding, third party PEO Help with data entry, light bookkeeping support, or reporting as needed Send reminders, follow ups or internal updates 

Job Requirements

Ideal Candidate Prior experience as a Virtual Assistant, HR Assistant, or Admin in a healthcare or wellness setting Familiar with hiring support and small business operations Organized, dependable and great at follow-through Comfortable using tools like googleworkspace Trustworthy with confidential information Proactive problem-solver who takes ownership of tasks
