We’re looking for detail-oriented Virtual Assistants to support an AI training project by labeling and reviewing data used to improve artificial intelligence models. You’ll follow clear step-by-step guidelines to annotate content such as text, images, short audio clips, or AI-generated responses.This is a great fit if you enjoy focused, structured work, have a sharp eye for detail, and like the idea of contributing to real AI products behind the scenes.
Label and annotate data according to provided instructions (e.g., tagging categories, marking intent, highlighting relevant parts, selecting best answers)Review AI-generated content and make corrections when it’s inaccurate, unclear, unsafe, or doesn’t follow the rulesMaintain accuracy and consistency by applying the same standards across many similar tasksComplete assignments by deadlines and communicate progress when needed
Tagging short pieces of text (intent, sentiment, topic, quality)
Checking whether AI answers follow instructions and rewriting small sections if required
Reviewing images and selecting labels based on a set rubric
Comparing two outputs and choosing which is better (and why)
Flagging content that violates guidelines and routing it properly
Requirements
Strong attention to detail (you notice small errors others miss)
Basic English reading and understanding (enough to follow rules and spot mistakes)
Ability to follow written guidelines carefully and ask questions when something is unclear
Stable internet connection and ability to complete tasks reliably
Comfortable doing repetitive, quality-focused work while staying consistent
Nice to Have (Optional)
Experience in data annotation, QA, content moderation, or admin/virtual assistant work
Familiarity with online tools like labeling platforms, spreadsheets, or task systems
Ability to work quickly without sacrificing quality
