Job Title: Remote Bilingual Virtual Assistant – Construction Project Support (Full-Time, EST) Company: YNC Construction – Residential & Commercial General Contracting (Based in North Carolina, USA) Job Description: We are seeking a full-time remote virtual assistant with a bachelor’s degree and strong English communication skills to support our construction project management team. You will work closely with project managers, assist with scheduling, customer communication, and help coordinate construction tasks. We’re looking for someone proactive, reliable, and eager to grow with our team. Key Responsibilities: Assist project managers with daily scheduling and coordination Use our construction management software (JobTread) to track project progress (training provided) Answer phone calls and customer emails in a professional and timely manner Coordinate with subcontractors and vendors Help with preparing estimates and proposals Schedule on-site walkthroughs with clients and subcontractors Provide general administrative support to project managers Maintain clear and organized records of project timelines and updates Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree (preferably in business, engineering, architecture, or a related field) Fluent in English (spoken and written) – Spanish is a plus Experience or basic knowledge in construction or remodeling Comfortable with tools like Google Workspace, Excel, and Zoom Familiarity with project management software (training on JobTread will be provided) Interior design experience is a plus, but not required Schedule & Availability: Full-time, Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (Eastern Time) Must be available during U.S. business hours for calls and real-time communication Compensation: Hourly rate based on experience and location Long-term opportunity with growth potential
