Virtual Assistant + Email Outreach

Full Job Description

We are a small, fast-moving team in the security-tech and cannabis wholesale sectors. We need a part-time Virtual Assistant (10–20 hours/week to start) who is organized, punctual, proactive, upbeat, and curious. You will work directly with two founders and handle communication, follow-ups, and CRM workflow management. Strong English and time-zone overlap with Mountain Standard Time are required. Preference for candidates located in Latin America.

Job Responsibilities

• Respond promptly and professionally to inbound emails.
• Manage CRM sequences (send, pause, update, tag, track).
• Proactively follow up with prospects and partners.
• Maintain organized communication logs and tracking sheets.
• Keep both founders updated on status and next steps.
• Work within Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Calendar).
• (Nice-to-have) Use Apollo.io for sequencing and enrichment.
• (Nice-to-have) Draft thoughtful, relevant email messaging.

Job Requirements

Must-Have:

• Fluent English (written and verbal).Located in Latin America with strong MST overlap.
• Highly organized, reliable, and punctual.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn quickly.
• Strong attention to detail.
• Stable internet and consistent availability.
• Comfortable managing email and CRM tools.

Nice-to-Have:

• Experience with Apollo.io.
• Messaging/copywriting ability.
• Prior support experience with founders or small teams.
