We are a real estate investment company with Christian values. We work with buyers, sellers, wholesalers, and real estate agents to facilitate real estate transactions on a daily basis. We are looking for a virtual administrative assistant that can start ASAP. The environment is fast-paced and we are looking for someone that is desiring a LONG TERM position with our company. This position is eligible for promotion to making phone calls to real estate professionals if the candidate has advanced English and interpersonal skills.
Our time zone is Eastern Standard Time and preferred hours are 9:00 am - 5:30 pm with a 30-minute lunch break. Hours may be flexible.
What you will do (but are not limited to):
You will be required to research information online about prospective investors as well as other types of data and upload them into a CRM and into a Google Sheet.
You will be required to send frequent text messages to real estate professionals and respond to them.
