About Us:

We are a fast-paced, creative art group based in New York City. We are looking for a highly reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant based in Colombia or Argentina to become a long-term, trusted member of our team.

What We're Looking For:

We’re not looking for a short-term freelancer—we want someone committed, organized, and proactive who wants to grow with us over the years. You’ll work directly with the Director, and collaborate with a distributed team. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, fluent in English, and takes initiative without waiting for instructions.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Manage calendars, appointments, and email communications

Coordinate tasks and projects using tools like ClickUp, GoHighLevel and Google Workspace

Prepare reports, documents, and presentations

Communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams

Conduct online research and compile summaries

Assist with light bookkeeping and invoicing

Support social media scheduling and website updates

Maintain ongoing task documentation and action lists

Job Requirements

Requirements:

Based in Colombia, Chile, Uruguay or Argentina

Excellent written and spoken English (daily communication required)

3+ years of experience supporting professionals or managing projects

Expert-level skills with Google Workspace, ClickUp and GoHighLevel

Familiar with QuickBooks and online payment tools

Self-motivated, fast learner, and incredibly organized

Strong internet connection and a quiet work environment

Available full-time, Monday–Friday, with overlap to Eastern Time (9 AM – 5 PM EST)

Compensation:

Compensation will be based on experience, skills, and availability.
