State Security Watch is a innovative security and concierge staff provider in the United States, committed to ensuring the safety and peace of mind of our clients. We are currently seeking a highly motivated and experienced Virtual Assistant to join our team and conduct outbound calls to residential buildings to gather essential information.

This is a remote position offering 30 hours per week with the possibility of increased hours based on performance, bonuses/ commissions and business needs.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

•  Conduct outbound cold calls to residential building management or designated contacts with the purpose of setting up appointments.
•  Professionally and clearly introduce yourself and the purpose of the call.
•  Accurately gather specific information according to provided scripts and guidelines.
• Record all collected information accurately and efficiently in the designated system.
•  Follow up on calls as needed, adhering to established procedures.
•  Maintain a positive and professional demeanor during all interactions.
•  Meet daily and weekly call and information gathering targets.
•  Adhere to company policies and ethical standards

Job Requirements

Qualifications:

•  Advanced proficiency in spoken and written English is mandatory. You must be able to communicate clearly, concisely, and professionally.
•  Proven experience in cold calling is essential. Candidates must demonstrate a track record of successfully initiating conversations and gathering information over the phone.
•  Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly.
•   Strong active listening skills and attention to detail.
•  Ability to follow instructions and adhere to scripts and guidelines.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and able to work independently with minimal supervision.
•  Reliable internet connection and a quiet, professional home office environment.
•  Proficiency in basic computer skills and data entry.
•  Experience with CRM or similar data management systems is a plus.
