Virtual Assistant – Social Media Engagement & Data Entry

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a detail-oriented and reliable Virtual Assistant to join our team. This role focuses on two key areas: responding to customer interactions on social media and maintaining accurate tracking of advertising performance metrics. If you're proactive, organized, and love keeping things running smoothly behind the scenes, this role is for you.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

1. Social Media Engagement (Meta + TikTok):

• Respond to comments and DMs from ad campaigns in a timely, friendly, and brand-aligned manner
• Tag or escalate questions that require input from our internal team
• Monitor engagement trends and flag common questions or objections

2. Performance Tracking & Data Entry:

• Pull key advertising metrics from Meta Ads Manager, TikTok Ads Manager, and GoHighLevel
• Enter performance data into Google Sheets on a daily or weekly basis (we’ll provide the format and metrics to track)
• Ensure accuracy and consistency of the data across platforms
• Organize historical campaign data to help us identify trends and insights

Job Requirements

Tools We Use:

• Google Sheets
• Loom (for training and SOP walkthroughs)
• WhatsApp and Slack (for team communication)

Requirements:

• Strong written English communication skills
• Familiarity with Meta (Facebook/Instagram) and TikTok platforms
• Basic understanding of digital ads (no media buying required)
• Experience with Google Sheets or Excel
• Ability to follow clear SOPs and meet deadlines
• High attention to detail and consistency

Bonus:

• Experience using GoHighLevel is a plus
• Previous VA or social media moderation experience is a plus
