Full Job Description

 We’re looking for a proactive Virtual Assistant to support a portfolio of digital businesses, including a web agency (Digitize Everything) and several software products (CleanPixel, SSL Dragon, and ServicePixel). This role involves handling customer support inquiries, executing light marketing tasks (e.g. posting content, scheduling emails), and assisting with manual email outreach for lead generation. Ideal candidates are detail-oriented, tech-savvy, and comfortable working across multiple brands.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

• Provide email/chat support for software users and web clients
• Execute basic marketing tasks (social scheduling, email campaigns, etc.)
• Conduct manual email outreach (template-based prospecting)
• Update CRM and track follow-ups
• Assist with general admin as needed across all brands

Job Requirements

• Excellent written English and communication skills
• Experience with customer support tools and marketing platforms
• Highly organized, reliable, and self-motivated
• Bonus: Familiarity with SaaS, SEO, or web development
