The Virtual Executive Assistant is deeply committed to supporting the Team leader in achieving greater levels of success, and to growing their own skill set within the team. They are always looking for new ways to perfect our processes and improve our agents' experience. The Virtual EA understands no agent is the same and so their goal is to attain a holistic comprehension of the processes they oversee and understand the interconnected nature of the tasks so they will be able to anticipate issues before they escalate and adapt to irregularities that arise. They will be able to support the Team leader in organizing, delegating and completing all tasks on their plate to allow the team leader to focus on their most productive activities.
This position is full-time (8:00 am-5:00 pm CST, Monday-Friday) to be performed virtually.
Key Skills
● Accurately collect, maintain, and record file KPIs across multiple platforms (Brivity, MLS, G-Suite, etc.) and generate reports for the team lead
● Maintain up-to-date task completion list in Brivity, Gmail, Asana, and tasksboards.com
● Partner closely with the team leader to delegate, execute, schedule, and/or delete the tasks that the team leader does
● Communicate effectively via email, phone, and text with team leader and agents
● Run Comparative Market analysis’ alongside the team leader to present to investors.
● Prepare for and create notes/todo’s in each meeting that the team leader is a part of.
