SimpliVinyl is a rapidly growing flooring company that provides high-quality vinyl plank flooring directly to homeowners, contractors, and developers. We eliminate the middleman to offer better prices and faster service. We are now seeking a Virtual Sales Manager to help transition from founder-led sales to a scalable, repeatable sales process. This person will play a critical role in shaping the sales strategy and building the sales team from the ground up.

Compensation: Base + Commission

Job Responsibilities

• Close inbound leads and help develop/refine the sales playbook
• Build, train, and manage a virtual sales team
• Implement tools and CRM processes to monitor pipeline and performance
• Create and execute outbound sales strategies
• Report on key metrics and collaborate with marketing for feedback
• Gradually transition sales duties from the founders

Job Requirements

• Proven experience as a successful closer in a virtual sales environment
• Experience building or leading a sales team (especially in an early-stage company)
• Self-motivated, hands-on, and process-oriented
• Strong communication and leadership skills
• Bonus: Experience selling home improvement products, building materials, or to contractors
