Full Job Description

Digital Resource is seeking a Web Developer who is passionate about building beautiful, functional, and high-performing websites. This role focuses on delivering custom solutions within Webflow and WordPress, collaborating across teams to create seamless digital experiences for our clients. You’ll work on new builds, site enhancements, and ongoing maintenance projects, helping bring creative visions to life while ensuring strong performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities

Website Development:

• Build and maintain responsive websites using Webflow and WordPress, implementing new features and customizations.
• Develop and customize WordPress themes, plugins, and components as needed.
• Optimize websites for SEO, speed, and accessibility.

Maintenance & Support:

• Perform updates, troubleshoot technical issues, and maintain existing client sites.
• Manage tasks like DNS management, webmail setup, server updates, and security enhancements.

Collaboration & Communication:

• Partner with designers, account managers, and other developers to ensure project success.
• Participate in project planning, timeline estimation, and status reporting.

Continuous Improvement:

• Stay current with web technologies, frameworks, and best practices.
• Identify opportunities to enhance workflows, coding standards, and team processes.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of professional web development experience.
• Proficiency in HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design.
• Experience with Webflow and WordPress development.
• Strong troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving skills.
• Experience with version control systems (Git).
• Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred:

• Experience developing Shopify themes and working with Liquid templating.
• Knowledge of SEO best practices and web performance optimization.
• Understanding of web security principles.
• Ability to mentor junior developers and share knowledge with peers.
