Website Implementation Project Manager

Full Job Description

The Overfuel onboarding team is seeking an implementation specialist / project manager to support our fast-growing customer base. We have a proprietary content management system similar to Webflow and WordPress, but with a drag-and-drop editor and a robust template library that we’ve built over time. The ideal candidate will have excellent time management and project management skills to oversee website implementation from start to finish.

Job Responsibilities

• Track and achieve key performance metrics defined by the onboarding team
• Work directly with clients as their direct point of contact to ensure the timely and successful completion of tasks across multiple assigned accounts
• Manage website implementation projects from signed contract–to onboarding–to quality assurance (QA) and launch
• Coordinate communications and requests to third-party vendors (Note of importance: our industry has more reliance on third parties than most)
• Effectively communicate project status, risks, timelines, and requests to both the clients and the internal stakeholders
• Identify opportunities of improvement in processes, documentation, and training

Job Requirements

• Excellent time/project management skills
• Comfortable calling third-party vendors on a regular basis–our industry has much higher phone engagement than texting or email
• Clear and effective communication skills
• 2+ years of related industry experience, preferably web consulting, interactive, agency, or digital marketing
• Ideally experienced in leading projects with website / CMS implementation efforts
• Experience with Google Analytics, Search Console, Merchant Center
• Bonus points for having an exceptional eye for aesthetically pleasing websites
