Job Responsibilities

General overview of the job

Our company's Creative Designers are tasked with mastering marketing strategy. This mastery allows them to seamlessly collaborate with the team, address client inquiries and create new graphic designs. While they aren't directly responsible for constructing or overseeing campaigns, they play a pivotal role in deciphering campaign performance for clients and conveying client goals to the appropriate team members.

Salary

• Salary Range: $1,500 - $3,000 USD based on experience
• Training: You’ll work with our account managers & media buyers as you learn the ropes.
• Client Assignments: You’ll be assigned clients gradually to build your confidence.

Job Requirements

The ideal candidate

• Graphic Designer: Proficiency in design tools like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) is required canva helps too. You need to create visually appealing and effective designs that align with our clients' branding and marketing goals.
• Marketing Strategy: Understand the client’s business, what they sell, and to whom, and guide them towards profitable design strategies. Recommend changes if needed to their branding or campaign visuals.
• Problem Solving: We love proactive problem solvers. Figure things out and bring more to the table than expected. We’re here to support you, but you should tackle problems independently whenever possible.
• Successful Creative Designer personality profile.
• Innovative and Detail-Oriented: You’re a creative thinker who focuses on delivering high-quality designs. You pay close attention to detail and have a keen eye for aesthetics and visual storytelling.
