We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented Virtual Assistant to support daily operations and assist with AI data annotation tasks.

Job Responsibilities

Requirements:

Excellent English communication skills (written and spoken)

Answer inbound calls and respond promptly to customer inquiries in English and Portuguese.

Basic understanding of IT and common computer tasks

Experience with email and profile management

Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately

Verify and validate data for accuracy and consistency

Identify and report unclear or incorrect data

Communicate updates and issues clearly with the team

Monitor and track task progress, provide regular reports, and suggest improvements for workflow efficiency

Assist in organizing digital files and documentation to ensure smooth team operations

Collaborate with other team members to help streamline AI training processes and maintain task schedules
