Full Job Description

We are looking for 2 experienced virtual assistant to work directly with our sales team from Monday to Friday/Sunday to Thursday. Starting salary $800 - $950 depending on experience and administrative skills.

Schedules: Monday to Friday (8Am - 5Pm PST) ; Sunday to Thursday (8Am - 5Pm)


Job Responsibilities

Duties may include but are not limited to the following:

  • Handle phone overflow, answer basic customer inquiries, take messages, and transfer calls.
  • Support the outside sales team by managing leads and relaying messages.
  • Contact customers and pass relevant details to sales agents.
  • Monitor internal messaging systems and ensure timely communication with the Sales team.
  • Respond to customer inquiries from third-party websites and update the internal CRM.
  • Perform data entry and maintain spreadsheets.
  • Daily Audits ensuring accuracy , completeness, and adherence to companies protocols
  • Manage tasks within the internal project management system.
  • Maintain Eco Movers’ customer service standards.


Job Requirements

  • High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred).
  • Proven experience in customer service, sales, or a related role is a plus.
  • Strong verbal communication and listening skills.
  • Self-confidence and adaptability to handle a variety of customer situations.
  • Strong organizational and time-management abilities.
  • Ability to prioritize tasks to meet deadlines, and companies objectives

Work Environment:

  • This is a phone-based sales admin position.
  • Candidates must be comfortable working in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
