I am looking for a highly skilled and efficient Virtual Administrative Assistant. In this role, you will be instrumental in supporting our CEO, particularly in business development activities, while also handling data entry and providing general administrative support.
Business Development Assistance: Collaborate directly with the CEO in the creation of business proposals, presentations, and pitches. Conduct research to identify market trends and potential business opportunities.
Data Management: Perform accurate data entry tasks and maintain up-to-date records. This includes updating client databases, managing contact lists, and ensuring data integrity.
CEO Support: Offer dedicated administrative support to the CEO. This includes handling correspondence, preparing reports, and assisting with various business development tasks.
Document Organization: Manage and secure important digital files such as client contracts, marketing materials, and business development documents, ensuring systematic organization and confidentiality.
General Administrative Duties: Undertake a range of administrative tasks including calendar management for the CEO, organizing travel arrangements, and preparing expense reports, all to facilitate smooth business operations.
