We leverage AI, automation, and technology to create efficient workflows and provide top-tier service to our clients. We’re looking for a Tech-Enabled Ops Manager to take over admin, operations, and AI automation so our CEO can focus on growth.

What You’ll Do

• AI & Automation Implementation – Set up workflows using Zapier, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, and automation tools to streamline operations.
• CRM & Marketing Tech Management – Maintain and optimize GoHighLevel, ensuring leads are tracked, follow-ups are automated, and no opportunities are lost.
• Automation & Workflow Optimization – Implement AI-driven solutions to automate scheduling, task management, and workflow tracking, reducing manual work and increasing efficiency.
• Process Improvement – Identify inefficiencies, create SOPs, and improve workflows using AI-driven solutions.
• Sales & Lead Management Support – Assist with lead tracking, appointment booking, and ensuring potential clients don’t slip through the cracks.
• Content & Marketing Support – Repurpose notes and recordings into social media posts, emails, or documents using AI tools.

Job Requirements

Who You Need to Be

• Tech-Savvy & AI-Literate – Experience with automation tools (Zapier, Make.com), AI (ChatGPT), and CRM systems (GoHighLevel, HubSpot, etc.).
• Highly Organized & Detail-Oriented – You ensure nothing falls through the cracks.
• Proactive & Problem-Solving Mindset – You don’t just do tasks; you find better ways to run the business.
• Strong Communicator (Fluent in English) – Excellent written and verbal English skills to align with U.S. clients and team, and clearly explain automation processes.
• Reliable & Trustworthy – You’ll be handling sensitive business data and operations.

Requirements

• 3+ years experience in an Ops, Admin, or Tech/Automation role
• Proficiency in AI & automation tools (Zapier, ChatGPT, GoHighLevel, or similar)
• Experience in remote team environments
• Must be located in Latin America and available to work U.S. business hours
