From supplies to medical questions (with veterinary guidance), our team is there when foster caregivers need help most.As a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll:

- Have empathetic, friendly conversations with foster pet parents

- Handle tricky situations with care and diligence

- Make a direct impact on the lives of animals in need—every interaction can save a life

We’re looking for team members who:

- Are self-motivated problem-solvers

- Can document information accurately in our custom software

- Thrive in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment

Requirements:

- Open availability including weekdays, weekends, and holidays in 8-hour shifts

- Confident conversational English (spoken & written)

- Ability to manage calls, texts, emails, and chats promptly
