✔️ Working hours: Saturday and Sunday- 11 AM- 4 PM CST
- Basic Financial Recording/ Bookkeeping
- Appointment/ Calendar Management
- Customer Service
- Handle inbound and outbound calls
- Task Management
- CRM Management- Rent Manger CRM- preferred
- at least 1 year experience as a Bilingual Assistant
- Proficient in calendar management and critical thinking.
- Fluency in both Spanish and English- Required
- Experience in Rent Manager CRM or similar
- With Customer Service experience
- Basic experience with financial tracking, invoicing, and expense management.
