We’re looking for someone who genuinely enjoys helping people. In this role, you’ll be the friendly, reassuring voice families speak with when they reach out for ABA therapy—listening, answering questions, and guiding them toward their next step with care and confidence.
Native or near-native Spanish and strong conversational English
Excellent verbal communication and empathetic phone manner
Experience handling inbound calls (call center, customer service, healthcare, or similar roles)
Ability to actively listen and communicate with individuals in emotional or stressful situations
Strong attention to detail and ability to collect information accurately
Organized and reliable with scheduling and follow-up tasks
Comfortable using digital tools (CRM, EHR, calendars, phone systems)
Stable internet connection and quiet, professional workspace
Dependable, professional, and service-oriented attitude
Experience with ABA services or working with children with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) is a plus
