Full Job Description

We are looking for a Virtual Assistant with experience in cold calling and sales to support our business coach in generating leads and potential clients who need assistance in enhancing their businesses. This part-time position (20 hours a week) is ideal for a professional who can proactively engage with prospects.

Job Responsibilities

• Cold Calling: Make calls to past participants and potential clients to gather feedback, promote our services, and encourage engagement. Build and maintain relationships through personalized contact to identify leads who may benefit from business coaching.
• Lead Generation: Focus on generating leads and scheduling discovery calls with potential clients. Follow up with prospects to convert interest into business opportunities.
• Strategic Development: Think of new strategies and identify new segments to approach leads effectively. Propose innovative methods to enhance outreach efforts.
• Reporting: Prepare reports on the effectiveness of cold calling efforts and lead generation activities, presenting key metrics to the business coach.

Job Requirements

• Proven Experience in Cold Calling and Sales: Familiarity with sales techniques and strategies to engage potential clients.
• Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Persuasion Skills: Ability to effectively persuade and influence potential clients during calls to generate interest and secure appointments.
• Organization and Attention to Detail: Ability to manage multiple tasks and keep documentation organized.
