Immigration Lawyers USA is a growing immigration law firm based in Miami, Florida. We are seeking a fully bilingual (Spanish to English) Client Services  Intake Specialist to support our intake and client communications team. This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service instincts, excellent communication skills, and the ability to remain calm, professional, and organized in a fast-paced environment. You will work closely with attorneys and support staff while serving as the first point of contact for individuals seeking immigration assistance. This is a long-term, full-time role with training, structure, and growth opportunities for candidates who demonstrate reliability, strong communication, and attention to detail. Compensation is USD $700–$1,000 per month, depending on experience and fit. Performance-based bonuses and long-term growth opportunity within the firm available.

Job Responsibilities

• Serve as the first point of contact for potential and existing clients via phone, WhatsApp, video calls, and social media

• Conduct intake and pre-screening conversations with professionalism and empathy

• Respond promptly to client inquiries across multiple platforms

• Accurately enter and manage client information in the firm’s CRM and internal systems

• Maintain organized notes and follow internal procedures consistently

• Assist with payment tracking and documentation

• Support basic administrative and communication tasks for the legal team

• Maintain a professional on-camera presence for video meetings

• Adapt quickly in a high-volume, fast-paced environment

• Present service options and answer questions during client conversations

• Help clients understand available services and how to move forward

Job Requirements

• Fully fluent in Spanish and English (written and spoken)

• Ability to work Monday–Friday, 9:00 a.m.–6:00 p.m. EST

• Based in Latin America

• Quiet, professional workspace suitable for video calls

• Reliable high-speed internet with backup plan

• Personal computer, webcam, and headset

• Ability to work exclusively for Immigration Lawyers USA
