Role Overview:

We are looking for a Client Success Manager to be the primary point of contact for our clients, ensuring they achieve their marketing goals while maintaining a strong relationship with our agency. Your role is to drive client satisfaction, retention, and growth, acting as the bridge between our expert marketing team and our valued clients.

Job Responsibilities

Key Responsibilities:

Client Relationship Management

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned clients, ensuring clear communication and strategic alignment.
  • Proactively manage client expectations and provide regular updates on campaign progress.
  • Conduct regular check-ins and strategy calls to review performance, discuss new opportunities, and address any concerns.

Strategic Consultation

  • Understand client goals, industry trends, and competitive landscape to provide insights that maximize their ROI.
  • Work with internal teams (paid media, SEO, content, etc.) to ensure marketing strategies align with client objectives.
  • Present reports, insights, and recommendations in a compelling, data-driven manner.

Campaign Monitoring & Performance Analysis

  • Track and report key performance indicators (KPIs) such as ROAS, CPA, lead volume, and engagement rates.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to troubleshoot and optimize campaigns.
  • Spot trends and proactively recommend adjustments to improve client results.

Internal Coordination

  • Work closely with media buyers, content creators, designers, and analysts to ensure seamless execution of campaigns.
  • Serve as the voice of the client internally, advocating for their needs while maintaining agency priorities.
  • Maintain accurate documentation of client conversations, expectations, and feedback.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

✔️ Experience: 5 years in client success, account management, or digital marketing. Agency experience is a plus.

✔️ Marketing Knowledge: Strong understanding of digital marketing channels (Facebook Ads, Google Ads, SEO, email marketing, CRO, etc.).

✔️ Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written skills, with the ability to simplify complex marketing strategies for clients.

✔️ Analytical Mindset: Ability to interpret data, identify trends, and translate insights into actionable strategies.

✔️ Problem-Solving Ability: Quick thinker who can resolve client concerns while keeping business objectives in mind.

✔️ Organization & Multitasking: Strong project management skills to handle multiple clients and deadlines effectively.

✔️ Tech Savvy: Comfortable using CRM tools, project management software, and analytics dashboards.

✔️ Results-Driven: Focused on client success, retention, and long-term value.
