Tingen Law, based in Richmond, VA, is a growing law firm specializing in immigration law, business law, and intellectual property. We serve a diverse clientele, including a significant number of Spanish-speaking clients. Our team embraces innovation in both legal practice and marketing, and we are committed to expanding our digital reach.

We are looking for a full-time, fully remote Content & Data Marketer who is fluent in Spanish and English to help drive our marketing initiatives, optimize our content strategy, and leverage data insights to enhance client engagement.

Job Responsibilities

• Create and optimize blog posts, case studies, website content, and newsletters to support the firm’s marketing efforts.
• Develop engaging content for social media, email campaigns, and digital platforms.
• Conduct keyword research and implement SEO best practices to increase visibility.
• Analyze marketing data to track content performance and refine strategies accordingly.
• Collaborate with the marketing team and leadership to execute content strategies aligned with business goals.
• Utilize digital marketing analytics tools to assess campaign effectiveness and audience engagement.
• Stay updated with industry trends and best practices to continuously improve content quality and performance.

Job Requirements

What We’re Looking For:

✅ Experience: 1+ years in content creation, digital marketing, data analysis, or a related field, OR a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant experience.

✅ Skills:

• Fluent in Spanish and English (Required) – Strong written and verbal skills in both languages.
• Excellent writing, editing, and proofreading skills.
• SEO knowledge and experience with keyword research tools.
• Familiarity with content management systems and social media scheduling tools.
• Strong analytical skills with experience in data-driven decision-making.
• Experience with email marketing, content strategy, and performance analytics is a plus.

✅ Education: A degree in Marketing, Communications, Data Analytics, or a related field is preferred but not required.

✅ Work Style: Creative, proactive, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple projects efficiently.
