Customer Service Agent

Full Job Description

We’re looking for a professional and empathetic Customer Service Agent to be the first point of contact for our customers. This role focuses on handling routine inquiries, supporting customer experience, and following clear policies and escalation guidelines.

🕒 Schedule: Tuesday – Saturday | 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM (1-hour lunch)

 💰 Salary: $900

Job Responsibilities

✅ WHAT YOU’LL DO

• Assist customers via phone, email, text, and chat

• Resolve routine questions and minor concerns

• Document interactions accurately in internal systems

• Support review responses and customer follow-ups

• Escalate issues when needed, following guidelines

Job Requirements

✔ 1+ year of customer service experience

✔ Strong written & verbal communication

✔ Calm and professional under pressure

✔ Detail-oriented and organized

✔ Experience with CRM tools & Google Sheets
