We are a U.S.-based limousine & car service looking for a remote Customer Service & Reservations Agent.Responsibilities:– Answer inbound calls, WhatsApp, and emails from customers– Book rides for airports, weddings, corporate travel, and events– Enter reservations accurately into our system– Coordinate with dispatch and drivers via phone/chat– Provide excellent service in both Spanish and EnglishRequirements:– Strong spoken and written Spanish & English– Experience in customer service, call center, hospitality, or travel– Stable internet, quiet work environment, good headset– Ability to work U.S. Eastern time zones, including some weekendsCompensation:– $4–$5 USD per hour, depending on experience– Long-term role with consistent hours and performance bonusesLocation:– Remote – Candidates must be based in Latin America.If interested, please send a short voice note (30–60 seconds) introducing yourself and describing your customer service experience, plus your CV.
