Control is looking for a Remote Inside Sales Representative based in the
Philippines to support our growing team. In this role, you’ll be the first
point of contact for homeowners dealing with pest issues. You’ll guide them
through their concerns, educate them on our services, and confidently close
sales—all while delivering a calm, professional, and reassuring customer
experience. This is a great opportunity for
a motivated, high-energy sales professional who thrives in a
structured, performance-driven environment and enjoys building trust with
customers.
Schedule· Monday – Friday: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Eastern Time· Saturday (after training): 2 Saturdays per month, 9:00
AM – 4:00 PM Eastern Time (paid overtime)
Compensation· $6.00+ per hour (USD)· $5.00 commission per sale· Overtime opportunities available

Pipeline Development

Work closely with service teams to ensure smooth handoffs
Reporting & Documentation
Accurately log all interactions in CRM systems
Requirements
Previous experience in sales customer service or call center environments·
Strong spoken English communication skills·
Clear, confident, and professional speaking tone·
Ability to explain services in a simple reassuring way·
Comfortable working in a fast-paced goal-oriented environment·
Reliable internet connection and quiet workspace.
Preferred Qualifications
Inside sales or high-volume sales experience·
Experience handling objections and closing deals·
Familiarity with CRM systems·
Experience explaining technical or service-based solutions
