Customer Success Lead & Executive Support

We’re looking for a proactive, organized, and high-energy person to own the customer experience. We value clear communication, ownership, and someone who enjoys working in a fun, positive, and fast-moving remote environment.

Job Responsibilities

• Own customer success end-to-end via Gorgias
• Handle customer communication via email and phone
• Resolve issues related to shipping, returns, refunds, replacements, and pre-orders
• Ensure every customer case is followed through to completion
• Support customer-facing Shopify tasks (orders, refunds, exchanges)
• Track cases and updates using Excel / Google Sheets
• Maintain organized records and internal trackers
• Support admin, marketing coordination, and light executive tasks
• Be available live on Zoom / Google Meet during work hours

Job Requirements

-Excellent written and spoken English

-Strong written and spoken Spanish

-Experience in customer success or customer support ownership

-Comfortable handling customer phone calls

-Experience with Gorgias or similar helpdesk tools

-Shopify experience (customer-facing)

-Comfortable with Excel / Google Sheets

-Highly organized and reliable

-Full-time availability: 40 hrs/week, 8am–4pm EST
