About Us:

Suds Deluxe Car Wash is a fast-growing, family-owned company dedicated to providing an exceptional car wash experience to our customers. As we continue to grow, we are seeking a friendly and dedicated individual to join our Customer Support Team on a part-time basis.

Position Overview:

We are looking for a Part-Time Customer Support Team Member to join our centralized Customer Support Team. Our business hours are Monday to Friday from 9am and 5pm CST. This role entails helping our customers manage their unlimited memberships, answering questions about our service offering, resolving issues, and ensuring a positive experience with every interaction. Excellent communication skills, a customer-centric approach, and the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment are all requirements for this position. This position is based out of our Buda, Texas corporate office, with occasional travel to our car washes as needed.

Job Responsibilities

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and web tickets in a timely and professional manner.
  • Reply to customer reviews on Google Business pages.
  • Assist car wash managers in resolving customer issues, communicating primarily through the organization’s Slack channels.
  • Provide accurate information about our products/services.
  • Assist customers with managing their unlimited memberships.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot issues, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate team member when necessary.
  • Maintain thorough knowledge of company policies, procedures, and product offerings.
  • Collaborate with other team members to continuously improve processes and enhance the customer experience.
  • Keep detailed records of customer interactions and transactions.


Job Requirements

Requirements:

  • Previous experience in customer service or a related field preferred.
  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Strong problem-solving abilities and a proactive approach to addressing customer needs.
  • Warm and friendly attitude.
  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in computers, including email and other communication channels.
  • Bilingual: English/Spanish required.
