📢 We need a sharp Data VA to lead our 9x12 EDDM postcard campaigns for multiple Texas cities! If you’re great with data, EDDM routes, and keeping teams on track, this role offers a solid pay plus bonuses.

What You’ll Do:

• Research USPS EDDM routes for multiple cities
• Build and organize lists of local businesses to pitch our postcard slots.
• Set up automation to email businesses and track responses.
• Keep our data sharp in Google Sheets and coordinate with our outreach and support teams.
• Work with our printing vendor to mail postcards every month

We’re Looking For:

• Someone open to using AI (Grok/ChatGPT) for research/data entry
• Someone skilled with data research, USPS EDDM, and Google Sheets.
• Experience with automation (like Make.com) is a plus.
• A proactive organizer
• Reliable, detail-focused, and able to work remotely, 40 hours/week.

Job Responsibilities

Lead our postcard marketing campaigns by researching mailing routes for targeted areas, building and organizing lists of potential business partners, setting up automation to communicate with businesses and track responses, maintaining accurate data records, and coordinating with outreach and support teams. Work with our printing vendor to distribute postcards monthly, ensuring all tasks are completed remotely in 40 hours per week. Expect to deliver high-quality data, meet deadlines, and contribute to campaign success.

Job Requirements

Open to using AI for research and data entry, skilled in data research, mailing route processes, and data management tools, with experience in automation a plus. Must be a proactive organizer, reliable, detail-focused, and able to work remotely 40 hours per week. Familiarity with U.S. markets or willingness to learn is preferred.
