As a Digital Marketing Assistant, you will support day to day execution across SEO, paid ads, reporting, and internal workflows. You will work from documented SOPs, checklists, and task boards. Your responsibility is accuracy, consistency, and follow through.

Key Responsibilities

• Execute SEO and Google Ads related tasks based on SOPs
• Assist with keyword research, on page updates, and basic audits
• Update Google Sheets dashboards and internal trackers
• Follow step by step processes for recurring tasks
• Report task completion and flag issues clearly
• Support internal automation and campaign workflows
• Communicate clearly and reliably with the team

Required Skills

• Strong attention to detail
• Comfortable following written instructions exactly
• Basic familiarity with digital marketing concepts
• Ability to manage multiple tasks without missing deadlines
• Reliable internet and ability to work US aligned hours
• Clear written English communication

Preferred Experience

• Google Ads, GA4, Search Console

Job Responsibilities

1. Execute SEO, Google Ads, and digital marketing tasks based on documented SOPs and checklists
2. Complete assigned tasks accurately and on time without requiring constant supervision
3. Perform basic keyword research, on page updates, and content formatting
4. Assist with Google Ads setup, monitoring, and routine optimizations as instructed
5. Update and maintain Google Sheets trackers, dashboards, and internal reports
6. Follow step by step processes for recurring workflows
7. Report task completion clearly and flag issues or anomalies immediately
8. Maintain consistent communication with the team regarding task status
9. Support internal automation and campaign operations
10. Ensure accuracy, consistency, and attention to detail in all work

Job Requirements

1. Strong attention to detail and ability to follow written instructions exactly
2. Comfortable working with SOPs, checklists, and structured workflows
3. Basic understanding of digital marketing concepts, including SEO and paid ads
4. Ability to complete assigned tasks independently and on time
5. Experience using Google Sheets for tracking, reporting, or data entry

7. Reliable internet connection and ability to work US aligned hours
8. Comfortable working in a remote, execution driven environment
9. Willingness to complete a typing speed test, interview, and paid trial period
