Email Campaign Specialist

Full Job Description

We’re looking for an Email Campaign Specialist to manage and execute our email marketing strategy with a focus on consistency, segmentation, and performance.

Job Responsibilities

• Build and manage basic email flows (welcome, abandoned cart, post-purchase, etc.)

• Send weekly campaigns to non-buyers (1x per week)

• Send weekly campaigns to buyers (1x per week)

• Properly segment audiences to ensure relevant messaging

• Include discounts and product bundles when instructed

• Maintain brand voice and ensure clean, professional formatting

• Monitor basic performance metrics and adjust campaigns as needed

Job Requirements

• Experience with email platforms (Klaviyo preferred)

• Strong understanding of audience segmentation

• Ability to follow campaign direction precisely

• Organized, reliable, and deadline-driven

• E-commerce experience preferred
