About Sealing Pros
Sealing Pros is a premium paver sealing and restoration company, specializing in residential and commercial paver protection. We’re growing fast and need an Executive Assistant to help optimize operations, handle administrative tasks, support SEO efforts, manage our social media presence, and assist with basic video editing.
Role Overview
We are looking for a highly organized and proactive Executive Assistant to support the Founder by managing administrative functions, contributing to our SEO strategy, overseeing social media platforms, and assisting with video content creation. This role is crucial in streamlining operations, maintaining organization, improving online visibility, and helping grow our digital presence through high-quality content.
Job Requirements
Required to be available to travel to South Florida for on-site priorities for the business (we will take care of travel, room and board)

Skills & Experience Required
- Admin & Executive Support Experience (2+ years preferred).
- SEO & Website Optimization – Basic to intermediate knowledge of on-page SEO, keyword research, and Google My Business.
- Social Media Management – Experience managing business accounts on Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, and Google My Business.
- Tech & Software Proficiency – Experience with Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets, Drive, Gmail), project management tools (Trello, Notion, Asana), and website platforms (WordPress, GoHighLevel, or similar).
- Inventory & Procurement Management – Ability to track inventory levels, place material orders, and manage supplier relationships to ensure timely delivery of essential materials.
- Operational & Process Management – Ability to develop and maintain SOPs, manage job workflows, and optimize administrative and field operations.
- Strong Written Communication Skills – Able to write professional emails, social media captions, and assist with website content updates.
- Customer Service or Sales Support – Experience handling inbound customer communication is a plus.
- Lead & CRM Management – Experience managing Facebook Ads and Google Ads inbound leads, scheduling quotes, and updating CRM platforms like GoHighLevel or Jobber.
- Video Editing & Content Creation (Preferred but Not Required) – Basic knowledge of Adobe Premiere Pro, CapCut, Final Cut Pro, or similar tools for editing short-form video content.
- Vendor & Supplier Coordination – Ability to communicate with suppliers, negotiate pricing, and ensure the business has the right materials for scheduled jobs.
