Are you a detail-oriented professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and loves supporting client success? We're seeking an Executive Assistant to partner with our Customer Success Senior Manager at a growing digital marketing agency specializing in financial advisors.

Job Responsibilities

WHAT YOU'LL DO

Client Onboarding Excellence:

  • Build and optimize bio pages for new financial advisor clients
  • Coordinate with account managers to ensure seamless client setup
  • Configure calendar linking systems and GHL account setups
  • Ensure every new client has a flawless onboarding experience

Client Relationship Management:

  • Facilitate & Manage all client offboarding communications with professionalism
  • Execute drip message campaigns and implement client-requested changes
  • Conduct thorough account audits to identify and resolve messaging errors
  • Handle monthly billing follow-ups and renewal communications

Meeting Support & Documentation:

  • Attend weekly client meetings as the CSM's right hand
  • Take detailed meeting notes and create actionable task lists
  • Collaborate with account managers to ensure all client requests are tracked and completed
  • Maintain organized records of all client interactions and outcomes


Job Requirements

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

MUST HAVES:

  • 2+ years of executive assistant or client support experience
  • Proficiency with CRM systems (GHL experience preferred)
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Experience with calendar management and scheduling tools
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously



NICE TO HAVES:

  • Experience in digital marketing or financial services
  • Familiarity with marketing automation platforms
  • Previous experience supporting customer success teams
