Full Job Description

We are seeking a talented Web Designer to join our team and help create stunning, user-friendly websites, landing pages, and email flows that enhance our brand and improve user experience for our clients in many niches/industries. Must be capable of working in Wordpress, GoHighLevel, Webflow, and other platforms.

Copy will be provided but ideally I need someone who has the ability to provide suggestions/improvements.

Job Responsibilities:

• Design and develop visually appealing, responsive, and user-friendly websites optimized for a high conversion rate and deliver quality leads.
• Create wireframes, prototypes, and UI/UX designs based on project requirements.
• Ensure website designs align with brand identity and accessibility standards.
• Optimize websites for speed, performance, and SEO best practices.
• Stay updated on the latest web design trends, tools, and technologies.
• Conduct usability testing and implement feedback to enhance user experience.

Qualifications & Skills:

• Proven experience as a Web Designer or similar role.
• Familiarity with responsive design principles and mobile-first development.
• Strong understanding of UI/UX best practices.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects effectively.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

Turn around times need to be quick but the job still needs to be done right. There is an opportunity for full-time work in the future.
