Front-End / Full-Stack Developer to Build a Control UI for Our AI Marketing Agents

Full Job Description

We run AI agents that manage paid media and SEO. A Meta Ads agent handles our own agency’s ad accounts. Our Hermes agents run Google Ads and SEO for client accounts. Today, all of it is operated through Claude Code and the terminal.

That’s the problem. Our sales and marketing team is not technical. They shouldn’t have to open a terminal to pause a campaign, check what an agent did overnight, or approve a change on a client account. We need one internal UI where they can see every agent, every account, and every action, and control the agents without touching code.

You would build that UI and keep building on it. This is not a one-and-done project. We are constantly adding agents and capabilities, and the interface has to keep up.

What you’d build

• A single dashboard covering all agents: Meta Ads (internal), Google Ads (client), SEO (client)

• Per-agent status, current mode, and recent activity, so staff can tell at a glance what’s running and what stopped

• Controls to start, pause, and suspend agents, adjust the rules and thresholds they run on, and change their autonomy level

• An approval queue for actions that need a human sign-off before they touch a client account

• Full action history and audit log per agent and per account

• Role-based access (viewer, operator, approver, admin)

• Alerts and daily summaries surfaced in the UI

Design matters here. If the interface is confusing, the team goes back to asking an engineer, and we’re back where we started.

What we need from you

• Real experience building UIs on top of AI agents or automation systems, not just CRUD dashboards

• Strong front-end work: React or similar, plus whatever back-end and API work the control layer needs

• Comfort wiring into agent runtimes, job queues, webhooks, and the Meta and Google Ads APIs

• Judgment about what a non-technical operator actually needs on screen, and what to hide

• Clear written communication and steady availability during US business hours for questions
